Richard J. Danyko has over twenty years experience in all areas of patent law in private practice, having worked in the patent departments of Kane Dalsimer Sullivan Kurucz Levy Eisele and Richard LLP (New York, NY), and Dreier & Baritz (New York, NY), and Scully Scott Murphy & Presser P.C. (Garden City NY) before joining Jordan and Hamburg.

Mr. Danyko has represented an impressive number of U.S. and international companies including Albany International, Brother International, the Seagram Company, NEC, Pfizer Inc., Mylan Pharmaceuticals, and Spotless Plastics Pty, Ltd.

He has practiced extensively in all phases of U.S. and international patent law, specifically in prosecution, opinions, licensing, and litigation. While Mr. Danyko’s practice has concentrated in the pharmaceutical, chemical and biochemical arts, he has extensive experience with medical devices, semiconductor devices, and mechanical technologies.
